(Aug. 7, 2017) Navy Cargo Handling Battalion One uses the cranes aboard USNS Dahl to lower an Improved Navy Lighterage System warping tug from the ship’s deck to the water as part of Lift On/Lift Off operations during Maritime Prepositioning Force Exercise 2017 (MPFEX17).
