USNS Lance Cpl. Roy Wheat
The Roll-on/Roll-off Discharge Facility, part of the Navy's new Improved Navy Lighterage System, moors off the USNS Lance Cpl. Roy Wheat, a maritime prepositioning ship participating in West African Training Cruise 2008. The INLS will be used to transfer Marines and vehicles between multiple naval platforms during the exercise.
