200517-N-BK664-0085 PACIFIC OCEAN (May 17, 2020) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS John Paul Jones (DDG 53), steams away from the Military Sea Lift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Henry J. Kaiser (T-AO 187) and the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59) during a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) as part of the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG). COMPTUEX is an intensive exercise designed to fully integrate units of the CSG, while testing its ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea.
