ANDAMAN SEA (Oct. 10, 2020) Sailors man the phone-and-distance (POD) line between the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE-7) and the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97), during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS).
