ARABIAN SEA (April 28, 2021) The aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), left, the Military Sealift Command fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE-8), center, and the guided-missile destroyer USS Thomas Hudner (DDG 116) conduct a replenishment-at-sea in the Arabian Sea. The Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations and conducting naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
