ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 14, 2021) The guided missile destroyer USS Truxton (DDG 103) pulls away from the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Joshua Humphreys (T-AO 188) after completing an underway replenishment-at-sea in the Atlantic Ocean. Underway replenishments-at-sea enable the U.S. Navy's combatant ships to re-supply without having to pull into port, thus allowing them to stay on mission for an extended time.
