PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 30, 2021) Guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106), front, and guided missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67) conduct a replenishment-at-sea with Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11) while an MH-60S Sea Hawk, attached to the Golden Falcons of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 12, conducts a vertical replenishment between Washington Chambers and the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States, and supports alliances, partnerships and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
