ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 4, 2022) An MH-60S Knight Hawk helicopter, attached to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 5, receives ammunition from the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Medgar Evers (T-AKE 13), Feb. 4, 2022. The Medgar Evers completed an ammunition onload with the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77). George H.W. Bush provides the national command authority flexible, tailorable war fighting capability through the carrier strike group that maintains maritime stability and security in order to ensure access, deter aggression and defend U.S., allied and partner interests.
