PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 2, 2022) The Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Paul Hamilton (DDG 60) approaches the Military Sealift Command Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11) for an underway replenishment.
