PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Dec. 18, 2022) The Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport USNS City of Bismarck (T-EPF-9) makes a port call onboard Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Port Hueneme. Bismarck is operated by the United States Navy's Military Sealift Command and is the first naval service ship to honor Bismarck, North Dakota. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
