PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 3, 2024) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) prepares to receive fuel from the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Pecos (T-AO 197) during a replenishment-at-sea in the Pacific Ocean. Spruance, assigned to Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group, is underway in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operations conducting advanced tactical training that increases warfighting capability and tactical proficiency across all domains.
