Goals
- Establish a model EEO program in accordance with the 6 Essential Elements of a Model EEO program
- Develop, deliver and evaluate EEO related training to managers, supervisors and employees
- Provide EEO related consultation and advisory services to managers, supervisors and employees
- Effectively and efficiently manage EEO complaints program
- Conduct workforce diversity and complaint trend analysis
- Provide program support for implementing EEOC MD-715 affirmative programs for equal employment opportunity under Section 717 of Title VII, and effective affirmative action programs under Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act
