Eric Correll, commander of Task Force 75, briefs Sailors assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1, 30th Naval Construction Regiment (30 NCR), and Marines assigned to Combat Logistics Regiment 3 (CLR 3) on an operation to offload equipment for an expeditionary medical facility (EMF) from the Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR 312). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of DoD’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
