200511-N-OW019-0038 PACIFIC OCEAN (May 11, 2020) Sailors monitor a refueling station aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59) during a replenishment-at-sea with the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Henry J. Kaiser (T-AO 187). Princeton is underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX). COMPTUEX is an intensive exercise designed to fully integrate units of the carrier strike group, while testing a strike group’s ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea.
