Congratulations to this week’s Military Sealift Command “Ship in the Spotlight,” USNS Patuxent (T-AO 201). The fleet replenishment oiler was named recipient of the 2025 Naval Fuel Management Recognition Program Award in the Capitalized Afloat Unit Category. Sponsored by Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), the awards honor outstanding performance and leadership in fuel management across the Navy and U.S. Marine Corps, recognizing individuals and units that have demonstrated excellence in operational effectiveness, safety and innovation in fuel operations.
