Military Sealift Command (MSC) Civil Service Mariners (CIVMARs), 3rd Assistant Engineer Greg Saddler and Cargo Mate Joseph Redwood, pose for a photo aboard the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Joshua Humphreys (T-AO 188). Military Sealift Command’s chartered Motor Tanker Ship Empire State and U.S. Navy amphibious assault ship USS Tripoli (LPH-10) conduct the first Consolidated Replenishment at Sea (CONSOL) between Tripoli and a tanker ship.
