Administration
Administration provides support for Military Sealift Command Far East headquarters staff and for MSCFE area of operations by receiving and processing award submissions from the region, including Navy Department Awards Web Service submission; processing correspondence coming from the region for endorsement; processing and disseminating taskers from MSC HQ; as well as other administrative functions.
Counsel
MSCFE Counsel is the legal advisor to MSCFE. Counsel primarily focuses on maritime, Navy operational, and international law, as they relate to MSC ships, their access to foreign ports, and mission completion. In addition to investigations of operational incidents, Counsel's practice includes legal issues arising out of force protection, civilian personnel, ethics/standards of conduct, and fiscal law. Counsel also works closely with Navy and other Service legal staffs and embassy officials.
